I was just wondering if anyone's 5 y boy liked to stand on his head constantly?

My little boy is always flipping and spending more time on his head than not.

Any ideas?

Nope but in my culture they used to say that it meant they were looking for a brother or sister. Thats all I know but im sure he like looking at people upside down its fun. No Avatar LOL, my five year old boy does the same thing when he watches TV.  He is constantly on his head or flipping upside down.  I liked the previous comment about in her culture how they are looking for a brother or sister which actually might have some validity since my son is always asking about a sibling (hes an only child).  I think he does it out of boredom which could explain the wanting another sibling.  Anyway, Im sure its normal, Im not concerned with it.  When I was his age I loved to spin.

No Avatar I have to agree its a kid thing. I had to laugh when I first read this, but I'm sure if it was me watching my child I would feel frustrated too! Just try to be patient and encourage him to sit on his butt. Maybe reward him for sitting on his butt, lol! Good luck!
