My sister is pregnant and I am trying to help her do some research.  I don't want to use an agency if I don't have to, but I need to find a nanny who has infant twin experience.  It seems like all the nannies I see out there don't have this experience.  Not that they aren't great nannies, but they just aren't qualified or experienced for infant twins.  I want to help her find an experienced nanny.  We live in the Chicagoland area.  Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated!
