All aboard the baby train!

Description:
This activity immerses children in the movement and sound of a train. You may want to include this as part of a whole train-themed play session. Read some books about trains, watch a video featuring a train character, and pull out some toy trains to move around a track - then get ready to chugga-chugga-choo-choo!

 

 

Step by Step:

• Put baby on your lap.
• Put your arms under baby's arms.
• Slowly move his or her arms back and forth while you make train sounds.
• Gradually speed up your motions and train sounds.
