Sharing a quiet time together can be rewarding not only for baby, but for you too!
Step by Step:
1. Place baby tummy down on a soft blanket that you have arranged on the floor.
2. It's your turn to relax from a busy day by laying down too facing baby. It's a beautiful sight just looking at your little one.
3. Try to get baby's attention by moving a brightly colored ball back and forth then side to side, all the while smiling at that precious face. But then again, how can you help but smile?
4. Have a "chat" together while gently patting baby's back. You may be greated back with a little "coo" response. Wonderful!
