Children love to watch birds making those lazy circles in the sky. When they get hungry and need a little rest they can stop at their favorite snack stand - your house!

Description:
Creating a place where your child's fine feathered friends can come for a nourishing snack created by your little chef (with Mommy's help.)

Step by Step:
1. Prepare snacks for birds such as birdseed and peanut butter. (Oh wow, tell your child they love peanut butter and you will hear adorable giggling.)
2. Cut string or cord to be used to tie the bird feeder to a tree branch.
3. Now, help your little one loop and tie the cord around the top of a large pine cone.
4. Here's the fun part...just stuff peanut butter between the petals of the pine cone using a spoon. Please help - because the ends of the petals may be pointy. Roll the pine cone into birdseed that has been sprinkled on waxed paper.
5. There, it's ready for the grand opening of the "fly-in" fast food spot! Hang the feeder on a tree branch. Before you know it the birdies will come to feast!!
