Teach your infant about his different body parts.

Description:
Because your baby is discovering his body parts and he delights in a game of peek-a-boo, try a combination of his interests and build his body awareness skills. Using a drawing of a baby, ask him to find the nose, toes and elbows! But first cover up the parts and encourage him to lift the flap, this adds an element of surprise and strengthens his motor skills and physical coordination.

Step by Step:
1.On a large sheet of white paper, draw a simple picture/outline of a baby.
2.Glue pieces of material over various parts of the body, such as, head, feet, hands and belly button.
3.You can also cover more specific parts on baby's face, such as, ears, eyes, nose, and mouth.
4.Ask your baby, "Where's baby's feet", while lifting the material to reveal the feet.
5.Repeat this game, naming different body parts.
6.Soon your baby will learn to lift the flaps by himself and begin to learn the names of his body parts.
